MB FIT collects your personal data for predetermined and legitimate purposes
MB FIT is responsible for processing personal data on the MB FIT application and on https://www.mb-fit.com . As such, it collects information about you when you create your Customer Account or when you make purchases. The mandatory or optional nature of the data is specified on the information collection forms.

The personal data collected allows us to carry out operations relating to
– managing access, rectification and opposition requests
– customer management
– prospecting
– the elaboration of commercial statistics
– management of unpaid invoices and disputes
– management of promotional operations
– management of notices.
The legal basis for this data processing is the execution of contractual measures defined at your request.
This data may be used to send information and promotional offers from MB FIT. MB FIT allows you to modify at any time your choices of subscription to newsletters and/or offers and/or information sent by our partners, by checking or unchecking the corresponding boxes via the “My personal information” tab, accessible from the “My account” section. You retain control over your communication preferences. You can also unsubscribe from emails sent to you (newsletters) using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Changes are made instantly.

MB FIT is committed to ensuring the security of your personal data. We are committed to ensuring the security of your personal data through strict procedures within our company. For data collected “online”, client-side communications are encrypted between the Internet user’s computer and our servers (HTTPS secure zone).
MB FIT is committed to treating your personal data in the strictest confidence. Within MB FIT, only persons with a legitimate interest in accessing your information, due to their functions, have access to it. Your data is hosted in Europe. No data is transferred outside the European Union, thus guaranteeing optimal legal security of your personal data.
We do not publish your personal data on our website with the exception of your first name and the first letter of your last name or your pseudonym when you give an opinion on a product or participate in a forum.
MB FIT shares your personal data with partner entities, solely to ensure the proper execution of the above purposes:
– Contractors and subcontractors performing services on our behalf; they are carefully selected and act in accordance with our instructions;
– Financial authorities, judicial or state agencies, public bodies upon request and to the extent permitted by regulation;
– Certain regulated professions such as lawyers, notaries, auditors.
MB FIT will not sell or share data with third party business partners under any circumstances.
MB FIT keeps your personal data for a limited and predefined period of time

Accounts and orders:

If you are a customer, your data will be kept for the time necessary for commercial management. If you are a prospect, we delete your data after a maximum of 3 years from the last contact.
Credit cards are only recorded after an explicit request from the customer, on the payment page (if this option is proposed). They are kept for future orders to improve your shopping experience on our site. Cards registered for a future purchase are stored in a secure area with our payment provider.
MB FIT does not store this information. You can delete your registered card at any time on the payment page.

Cookies:

Cookies have a limited lifespan of thirteen months after they are first deposited in the user’s terminal equipment (following the expression of consent), as recommended by the CNIL. You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by clicking on the link in the email or directly from your Customer Account.
You have rights on your personal data, here is how to use them:
In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended and those of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, portability and erasure of your personal data. You may also request the limitation of the processing of your data.

You also have the right to define directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death.

Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authorities regarding the protection of personal data.

Access to your personal data is protected by the double entry of a login and a password that only you know. We ask you not to communicate your password to anyone. We also recommend that you choose a password that is difficult to guess. MB FIT will never ask you for your password during a telephone call or when contacting you on its own initiative. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and/or any personal information you have provided to us. If your computer is likely to be used by others, we recommend that you click on the “Logout” link at the top right of every page on the site and then exit the browser by clicking on the “Close” button.
